Channel 7 and the great minds at the AFL have decided that there’s no free to air footy on Saturdays! Don’t worry – every game is live here and we are giving away free Carlton pots from the bounce of the ball until the first goal!

We will be OPEN ON ANZAC DAY but will be closed all of Easter from 18-21 April

If you are coming for a birthday and you would like to bring a cake, please be aware that we charge $2.50 per person unless the cake comes from our friends at Fleischers Cakes on Glenferrie Road.

All bookings are ONLINE only and are for LUNCH AND DINNER ONLY. All bookings now will be inside unless you request otherwise on your booking. You can make any specific table requests in the booking process. If the table you request isn’t available we will contact you.

If you need to make any changes to or cancel your booking you can do it by clicking on the “change” or “cancel” button on your email confirmation. For any last minute changes to bookings or anything urgent, please text our duty manager on 0407 370 256.

If you are coming just for drinks please just rock up as there is plenty of room. Please note that drinks only are on a walk up basis and are not available for bookings. For groups of 20 or more please email ken@themalvern.com

Every Tuesday you can come to the Malvern and have a traditional roast for just $25. It’s on all day every Tuesday so make a booking and come and enjoy!

Every Friday and Saturday from 4pm until 6pm come and take advantage of our drinks specials. CARLTON PINTS, BALTER XPA PINTS and APEROL SPRITZ are all just $12. Our gardens is a beautiful green oasis so please come and enjoy drinks and a meal outside. Bring on the great weather!!!
